Lillian here, delighted to be tending the pub tonight. Welcome fellow dVersers and writers from around the globe! Many of you are in the midst of NAPOWRIMO (National Poetry Writing Month), committed to writing a poem every day in April. Many of us are waiting impatiently for spring weather to arrive – Boston’s daffodils have been shivering lately! I’m happy to see all of you here at dVerse, the virtual pub for poets around the globe.

Today is OLN (Open Link Night). That means you’re invited to post one poem of your choosing on Mr. Linky below – no required prompt, length, or form; OR you may post a poem motivated by the photo below.

New to dVerse?  Need to be refreshed on the rules? Here’s what to do:

  • Write a poem of your choice (no required form, length, or topic) OR write a poem motivated by the photo above.
  • Post your ONE poem to your blog AND add the exact URL for your poem to Mr. Linky below.
