Open Link Night is an opportunity to post any one poem of your choosing on Mr. Linky below. There is no required form, length, or topic.
Open Link Night LIVE involves the same process EXCEPT we also invite you to meet poets from around the globe by signing into a LIVE session, complete with video and audio. Folks can read aloud one poem of their choosing to the group tuned in. You can read the poem you posted to Mr. Linky below or a different one OR you can just come to listen.
For the first time ever, we’re offering OLN LIVE on Saturday as well as Thursday. Come back to this page on Saturday between 10 and 11 AM EST and click on the Saturday link above. Join us at one session or both. The more the merrier! Read the same poem at both sessions; read at one and listen at the other; or read one poem on Thursday and a different poem on Saturday. Please note however, you may still post only one poem at Mr. Linky below.
I usually participate in dVerse from our high-rise condo in Boston, but we’re escaping winter for two months in Southern California’s San Diego. I’m hosting OLN LIVE both Thursday and Saturday. Hopefully having two sessions will be more inclusive of our wide reach to many time zones across the globe. I promise you’ll find us a fun and always appreciative and supportive group!

I have a security issue on my computer that I have to log in….then go to Google on my phone and say, Yes, it’s me (on the computer) and THEN it let’s me in! So a couple minutes tardy. But good to see you and hear you read! Hoping all goes well with your wife’s appointment. Will be thinking of you.
No problem Lil. I posted the one I read Thursday, and I posted the one I read Saturday morning. I liked having the two times this week, allowed for more people to participate great job my friend! 👍🏼🙂✌🏼❣️.
On today’s, I figured out quickly why I couldn’t hear anyone….I had the sound turned off on my computer! 🙃. And after Thursday, George showed me how to fix the screen so I could have the “tile” set-up to see everyone, which I did today. Next time will be easy-peazy!

🙂 I’d made sure I was set up the night before, made myself a thermos of coffee and was all ready… then sat there on the wrong link for the first 10 mins. I’m not very good at reading instructions 😀
So glad you joined us…even if after 10 minutes on the wrong link. I hosted again today, Saturday. We had 16 including another Aussie. Silly me though, after admitting everyone I couldn’t hear anything for the first few minutes only to realize I didn’t have the sound on my computer turned on! 😳
Must have been a very keen Aussie on Saturday – that was about 2am in the east, and midnight in the west!
